PIONEER FLORIDA MUSEUM AND VILLAGE

The 16 wooded acres is home to the restored Overstreet House (a one-room school house), a church from Enterprise, the Trilby Depot and a train engine. The main Museum is housed in a 50' by 100' steel building featuring a wide rustic front porch with displays of tools of the pioneer man and an additional medical room.
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Closed Sunday, Monday and major holidays.
Admission Fees: $5.00 Adults, $4.00 Seniors, $2.00 Students 6-18, Children5& under Free. |

THE BAKER HOUSE

Located adjacent to Centennial Park Library the Baker House is the oldest cracker house in western Pasco County and has been restored as a museum.

Featuring five rooms the museum emphasizes the history of trains and Zephyrhills: Abbott Station Room (city history) Family Room (family history) Zephyrills Alumni Room (school memorabilia) Railroad Room (original depot artifacts and railroad memorabilia) Freight Room (gift shop, reference room and model train display).

This 22-acre non-profit sanctuary zoo exhibits over 170 animals in a natural botanical garden setting. Take a trolley ride for a walking tour of lions, tigers, bears, monkeys, otters, birds, reptiles and more.
